The parameter in the command line is transferred to the kernel firstly, when 
the file system is mounted, they are transferred to /proc/cmdline. Other shell 
script need the parameter will analysis it later.

How is "console" booting parameter transferred to 
linux? Could somebody point me out good docs for it, 
please?

IIRC, 
  you need to pass "console=<UART>,<BAUD-RATE>" ?n your kernel 
  command line.
e.g.: console=ttyS0,115200n8
