Hi...

That means -ERESTARTSYS, and to quote from the related comment of
wait_event_interruptible function:
"* The function will return -ERESTARTSYS if it was interrupted by a
  * signal and 0 if @condition evaluated to true.
  */"

So IMO, check if you need act on this occassion....and simply retry.
Or pick wait_event to ignore signal.
