Yes, limits.h should be included, this is fixed since 2.6.22. Just add
the include yourself, 2.6.18.x is not maintained any more.

  kbuild: include limits.h in sumversion.c for PATH_MAX
  
  POSIX says limits.h defines PATH_MAX so we should include it (which fixes
  compiling on some systems like OS X).
