i want to uninstall the kernel 2.6.15.1 and 2.6.23.1

how do i go about it ??

If you are just looking for removing these entries, you can just remove their Grub entries.
Furthermore, you can delete the respective vmlinuz, initrd and config files.

finally, if you have installed these kernels from source, just do make clean mrproper in the kernel source directories and delete the directory.

Thanks,
Raseel
