Do you mean aside from the 4K/8K stack size option (CONFIG_4KSTACKS)? If
you want arbitrary sized stacks you might get a hint from looking at the
Linuxant 16K stack patch -
http://www.linuxant.com/driverloader/wlan/full/archive/linux-2.6.23-16kstacks.patch
(THREAD_SIZE seems to be key).
