Hi Yogeshwar,
It looks like that the excessive writing to the serial console
caused the NMI watchdog to trigger a crash your kernel.
The NMI watch dog is explained here:
http://lxr.linux.no/linux/Documentation/nmi_watchdog.txt
I advise you to either to send less output to the console or find a
different method of debugging.
