pfff, not much clue there. can you please take out the "rhgb"
parameter too? And.... I'm not sure if it's working, try to add this
kernel parameter:
earlyprintk=vga

However, my very raw guess is....something is wrong either at your RAM
or BIOS. Try "memtest86" to check your RAM.
