I do not get time to debug this issue further. As far as drivers
included in build are concerned, I have taken the config file that is
present for the RHEL kernel for building my new kernel(2.6.20).

As i have not tried without "quite" param, so last message that appear
from kernel is...
"Uncompressing kernel ... ok, Booting linux kernel"

But, as specified earlier, I have added few prints inside the kernel
code and come to the point where init program from ramdisk is started
by kernel.
