I really don't understand what you are trying to do here.  If you want
to write a usb sniffer, just use usbmon, it already does this.  If you
don't like the output of usbmon, write a userspace program to parse the
output and format it differently (I think this is already done in
wireshark, so you might want to check that out first.)

Otherwise, I don't understand the problem...
