Define "complete". Do you really want to know how the electrons tunnel
through the barrier in the logic gates of the CPU?

I'd suggest to read a few books on computer architecture and OS
design[1]. They will help you understand a lot of things about those
subjects, but also help you to think about what questions to ask to
understand how linux does certain things.
