Hi...
I want to log the time when a packet arrives by adding a line to my
driver. Is printk the only option? I want my messages to be logged
into my log file.
I guess you're going to log lot of packets coming in ( or also coming out?). You can check relayfs, it is designed for fast data transfer between kernel and user space.
