not being an expert on the powerpc platform, can someone clarify the differences between the above? the current situation is somewhat confusing since there are only two subdirectories under arch/ -- powerpc and ppc -- yet i see constant references to the "ppc64" architecture. what is the current preferred usage? thanks. rday -- ======================================================================== Robert P.
