I am seeing in a kernel from mips-linux.org and not from a stock kernel. Also yes, SA_INTERRUPT is on its way out, but the functionality (disabling irqs on all CPUs) will be retained.
Oh, maybe thats why. Anyway i can find just small invocations only and that too in PCMCIA drivers only. Looks like nobody likes them though :-)
