You could, but if you want good Xen answers you are probably
better off asking on xen-devel@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

This is what i do usually :). But most of the discussion reminds of
lkml in terms of complexity(not whining though :)).

I have no specific plans.  Generic virtualization questions
can be asked just fine on the kernelnewbies mailing list.
A new mailing list will not be successful if the only people
there are the people asking questions - you want some answers
too, I suspect :)

Xen specific questions ==>  xen-devel@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Generic newbie virtualization development questions can go
onto kernelnewbies.
