1. There is no mailing list specified on the wiki. Does this implies
we can use the kernelnewbies list for asking our pesky Xen queries?

You could, but if you want good Xen answers you are probably
better off asking on xen-devel@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

2. Are you planning to get a virtualization specific kernelnewbies
mailing list running sooner or later? If so please let us know the
roadmap.

I have no specific plans. Generic virtualization questions
can be asked just fine on the kernelnewbies mailing list.
A new mailing list will not be successful if the only people
there are the people asking questions - you want some answers
too, I suspect :)

3. Or lastly is there such a list already in place? Please let us know
so that Xen/virtualizaion specific queries can be directed to the
correct mailing list.

Xen specific questions ==>  xen-devel@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Generic newbie virtualization development questions can go
onto kernelnewbies.
