read Documentation/kbuild/kconfig-language.txt

ok, I read about the "default" Kconfig keyword, thank you.
still, there are many Kconfig entries that don't have this "default" keyword,
and still, when doing 'make oldconfig', the user is presented with a default
value to them. where is it from ? or maybe it is always 'N' in this case ?

Thank You !
