Taken from a default configuration the architecture maintainer provides.

The Location is architecture specific one of the following:
- arch/<arch>/defconfig or
- arch/<arch>/config/$(KBUILD_DEFCONFIG) with $(KBUILD_DEFCONFIG)
  defined in arch/<arch>/Makefile
