I don't think that is related. The "enforcing" parameter is to tell
SELinux how to react: 0 means log only but don't deny, 1 means deny and
log. The default is 0, and your kernel parameter made that explicit.

It all sounds like an ACPI BIOS problem. Nothing to be worried about,
ACPI is just too difficult for those poor BIOS programmers to implement
correctly. Just switch off the computer, pull the power plug, wait 10
minutes and power on again.
