I think you're making a confusion between physical and virtual addresses. __PHYSICAL_START is a physical address, as its name suggests, while "kernel VA" is a virtual address, as its name suggests.
Erm.. sure, but my question is: at __START_KERNEL_map (0xffffffff80000000 VA) is mapped the PA 0xffff800000000000 ?
