I'm trying hpet_test in Documentation/hpet.txt
# ./hpet_test poll /dev/hpet 2 1
-hpet: executing poll
hpet_poll: open of /dev/hpet failed
from strace:
open("/dev/hpet", O_RDONLY) = -1 EBUSY (Device or resource busy)
# lsof | grep hpet
#
why hpet is busy?
