CPU information can be read from /proc/cpuinfo.

I want to get the information about the kernel and cpu. I want to check whether my cpu is 32 bit or 64 bit and the linux kenrel version that i am using is 32 bit or 64 bit. How do i get that ? Is there any command or module that i have to use to get the cpu information ?
