Networking development is netdev@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx .
Crypto is sometimes discussed there, although the MAINTAINERS file
says:

CRYPTO API
P:	Herbert Xu
M:	herbert@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
P:	David S. Miller
M:	davem@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
L:	linux-crypto@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

What kind of security are you referring to? The MAINTAINERS file
also has references to Linux Security Module (LSM) and SELinux
Security Module as well as a contact for security issues/problems
(security@xxxxxxxxxx). However, if you want to discuss filesystem
security, that would probably be done on linux-fsdevel@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
or a filesystem-specific mailing list.

Did you look at http://kernelnewbies.org/ML ?
