does "allyesconfig" ensure that all the source files in the
kernel tree are compiled? [in a clean build]

say I've created a patch which touches files from
different subsystems & now i have to compile test it

so either i manually configure the kernel so that modules corresponding
to all the modified files are included or i find out a way to say
"compile everything"
is "allyesconfig" the answer?
