Hi, In my embedded box, during startup bootloader renders a splash screen. It uses some fixed physical memory address. How can I make sure that during kernel boot, kernel does not add that memory to free list. In this way the memory will not be allocated by kernel/modules for their purpose and the screen will stay till application startup.
