My suggestion:
 
1. use "lspci -t" to determine the pci connection
2. remove the "noapci" from your boot up
3. power down and move the cards around (one card at a time).
4. power up again and run "lspci -t" to see how it is changed.
5. cat /proc/interrupts to see the IRQ assigned to each device.
