irq nobody cared error

Hello,

I have a problem with irqs.

As soon our DVB card shares its IRQ with another device (in our case it's eth2), dmesg says this :
irq 12: nobody cared!

We tried to change kernel versions, from 2.6.9 to 2.6.18, to change e100 drivers, but it won't fix the issue.

Does anyone have any idea or solutions? I used noirqdebug, irqpoll, noacpi options already but in vain.

Can anyone guide me in the right direction please?

Thanks,

Dinesh
