Please do not top-post.

Are you using an encrypted FS (or a grsecurity enabled kernel)? If not,
then double-check your /etc/fstab. Also, a more descriptive error log
would help us help you.


Also, try disabling SELinux. I once had the same problem with some
entries in my fstab, especially those using reiserfs.
