heres missed send of 12/20 -
Apologies for breaking the flow - it makes the reviewers job (small) bit harder..

---

migrate gpio_dump() dump from scx200.c (the 'grandparent' driver)
to the new shared nsc_gpio module.  For now, we keep using printk...
