User Level Module ? What's this ?
You want to access the structure from the user space ?

If you want to do so, you can include the linux kernel headers. But it's
not a good idea.
If you want to a linux kernel driver, then you shouldn't access the
pci_driver structure from user space.

And if you want to do a user space drier, you should'nt use this
structure.

But I'm not sure I have understood your expression : "User Level Module"
:)
