I reply to myself.  I found an interesting web site that describe an implementation of the IO-APIC vector in a uniprocessor.

Hi,
 
I know that unlike with the PIC, the priority is not related to pin number (IRQ) but with the Redirection Table.  How can I see its content (interrupt vector and priority) ?  I use Debian and kernel 2.6.15.
