Might be you have compiled module program with some other kernel
sources which is not currently running kernel and you are trying to
load your module there.
If you want to insert your module in currently running kernel then
always compile that module with currently running kernel's source
files.

But it's not working even after installing fresh copy. Is it true that SUSE has provided the linux source code which is same as current working kernel?I have version 2.6.8-24.
& why it wasn't giving error earlier? Everything was working fine.
