Hi,
I am using SUSE 9.2 (kernel 2.6.8-24). i am having problem with inserting modules in the kernel.i am getting following error message
"insmod: error inserting 'abc.ko' : -1 Invalid Format"
i have read "README.SUSE" which provide help regarding this.
i installed a fresh copy of linux and then executed following commands at terminal (at /usr/src/linux)
oldconfig
make module_prepare
(as stated in the help file.)
still problem is unsolved. can anyone help me
my configuration:
Intel 915 MotherBoard
Intel P4 3.0 GHz (HT) processor
512 MB RAM
