I hadn't but just noticed that it's available on my Safari account.
Not so useful if you don't subscribe, but it is there.

On the last but one trip to Hannover, I spotted the German edition in
a bookstore which also sold SuSE, Debian pins, vi mousemats, giant
tuxes and Encyclopedias for Linux:
