hello all!!
I have mandrake 9.1 with kernel 2.4.21-13.
I want to make a minimum linux from this.
so i rebuilt kernel and deselected some of the options not need like wlan router,sound support,linux video support and lots of other options.
I was able to reduce kernel size from 1.3 MB to 876 kb.
but i don't know what to do after modules_install i have followed kernel readme file in ther kernel compilation procedure. I have updated lilo accordingly. but i don't know how to build new initrd image. what should i specify for mkinird= field in lilo.conf ?
