Also, i disabled the acpi that comes with fc3 default kernel
/boot/grub/grub.conf.

   kernel /boot/vmlinuz-2.6.xxx ro root=LABEL=/ rhgb quiet acpi=off

& now 'm able to use fun-f4 keys, and lid close. But apparently the
OS freezes when i reopen the lid. Is this a known issue? has any1 else
experienced the same?
