It has done so for quite some time now - I think that is the most
important issue at present since if people cannot find this mailing
list then they'll end up on lkml or elsewhere.

Definately. I recently wanted to sign my gmail account up having
decided to use gmail for such high volume lists, it took a while to
find the signup details without the website.

I'm also always willing to offer assistance - whether purely technical
or machine resources, hosting (on one of [panic|dmesg].printk.net),
and so on.
