running driver module problem

Hello,
       I want to port the insane driver module given on http://www.linux.it/kerneldocs/vinter.tar.gz
to kernel 2.4.20 or above. i am using RH9 with its default kernel 2.4.20-8.
       the errors are tbusy and start variables used in program of net_device structure not present. I did not find any such variable in net_device structure of kernel 2.4.20-8.
       Help.
