Since www.kernel.org says don't use 'finger' in automated scripts to determine the current kernel versions, here is an alternate script for seeing current kernel versions (instead of http://www.kernelnewbies.org/scripts/kernelver). <attached> This one just prints the current kernel info, but it could save it to disk as well, like 'kernelver' does. -- ~Randy
