Does USA-19HS work on RedHat 9 (kernel 2.4.20)?

Greetings,

I am Edward Wong from Sweda Canada. Right now, Sweda is migrating its main
POS program from Windows to Linux RedHat 9. Our customers will need Serial
to USB conversion support for our product; in order to use their legacy
serial printers on our platform.

I am extremely interested in the Keyspan USA-19HS Serial to USB Adapter. I
am a little concerned about the product though. This is because RedHat 9
runs kernel 2.4.20 and supports Keyspan's USA-19 Adapter. However, on the
Keyspan website, it says that USA-19HS replaces USA-19. The website also
says that USA-19HS runs on kernel 2.4.22 and higher. So my question is:
Does USA-19HS work on RedHat 9 (kernel 2.4.20)? Thanks in advance.
