     ( First 4 Chapters )
  this will teach you all about writing linux kernel modules & drivers
from the scratch.

 2. Linux Kernel Module Programming Guide

 3. and At Last but not least
    Linux Device Drivers, 2nd Edition
     By Alessandro Rubini & Jonathan Corbet
