Hi,

I've got a really old driver that hasn't been maintained in a _very_
long time, which I'm fixing up for a modern system. I've already
replaced some s/"x = get_fs_long(y)"/"get_user(x, y)"/ and
s/"memcpy_fromfs(x, y, z)"/"copy_from_user(x, y, z)"/ [1], but I'm
having trouble tracking down what to do with these "select table *"
types. Suggestions?

[1] Please tell me if this isn't quite right, I may be missing
something here.
