SEEK_END on raw devices

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

Hi All.,
If dev is a raw device, then
lseek64(dev,0,SEEK_END) returns 0 instead of size of the disk.
Why is that? Is there a solution for this ? PLease let me know if any.
Thanks
Shesha
