Hi,

I'm trying to install rh7.3 on my laptop. After everything is installed,
during the first boot, the system hangs when initializing USB devices. I
had this figured out before. Basically, there's a parameter that I had to
pass to the kernel before booting. It's not the "nousb" option. I
remember it's something like "nopci" or "pci=no". Anybody remember the
option? I have a Compaq 1200Z. Thanks.

  Hello Hai.

Can you be talking about 'acpi=no'?.

  Regards.

  Jose.
