Hi All ,

Can anybody please tell me in what order
the different parts of the Linux Kernel source
code gets compiled , linked and executed/called ?
The order of execution is unclear to me
when the Kernel boots up .

I tried to follow the Makefiles , but
it lead only to more confusion . Can anybody
point to some good document ,if any ,on this.
I would appreciate a detailed explanation on this.
     Thanks in advance .

Best Regards !
