Hi,
Here are the results of comparison of Kernel 2.5.50 and 2.5.50 with mm1 patch. Please see the mail in full size window to avoid text wrap problem. 2.5.50 performs quite better on many parameters that are tested by this bench.
Key findings
1. on an average, it is a pretty mix bag result. you can't definitely say that one version is doing better than other
with respect to a particular parameter
2. for 2.5.50 mm1, the maximum latency has reduced further
3. Average latency is reduced in 2.5.50 with mm1 patch.
