yes u can send signal from Intrrrupt context, as it sending
signal just goes and set the signal bit in the proc
structure.

Basic Dont's are
1. Dont hold the interrupt context for long
2. Dont sleep in this context for any means
3. be sure of the locks and resources, you donot want
   to be waiting for a lock here or forever doing busy
   wait in a loop
