RE: delaying eth0 initialization

Aniruddh,
I can see the card when I do cat /proc/pci... so it is
in the kernel ? 

this card has the same irq that one of my usb, can
that be problem.. but I have heard we can run many pci
cards with same IRQ.
Please suggest me,
