Hi Nitin,

One probable reason is you not included support for this card during kernel
compilation.
What you can do is find the driver in the sources, compile it and insert it
in the kernel
now try to initialize eth0 using ifconfig.

It works you can automate this task by putting insmod command in required rc
script

Hi Folks,
I have PC with 3com's card c3509B. At the boot time I
can see thet eth0 is bit kernel shows the failed
message and I am getting the following error:

eth0 not installed delaying initialization.
Can anyone please tell me what can be the problem.
