well if the code in a module aren't executed by a process and thereby a pid,
how is this executed then?
How can you call schedule from a module and say go to sleep, if you are not
in process context?

/bin/bash don't have a pid either. but when a process is executing the code
inside /bin/bash, this process has a pid.
