I also have some free time, would like to write a PCI device driver for intel arch. I have SMP machine so the driver could be tested on it. Any pointers where / how can I get hardware and its specs for which there is a need for device driver. I badly wanted to write driver for 3Com ADSL PCI Modem, but could not get its specs. Comments ?
